How it works

Times are converted to a common unit (usually seconds), added or subtracted, then converted back to hours, minutes and seconds with proper carry-over (e.g. 75 minutes becomes 1 hour 15 minutes).

Helpful for timesheets, workout logs, video lengths and scheduling.
